let the accountants worry about the debts the last time i checked, we bought hargo, tevez, Anderson and Nani and for this season, Richards, Alves, Fabiano and klass are on the table whats the fuss about the debts? once upon a time Real Madrid were in so much debt we tot they wont survive but just one midnite, everything was wiped away i think the more the debts the more the trophies, so more debts plss |

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Cougar: 2:58pm On May 30, 2008 |
what amuses me is how the sports moderator allows fleabags like dyabman to roam freely on this sports section. i suggest a proper brain-check should be done for all the schmuks running around this zone. how come? congratulations to all the man utd fans in the house. more success shall follow this. |

Cougar: whats that about? Nairaland is a forum where everyone is allowed to express their views as long as the views expressed are within the rules and regulations of the forum. |

mukina2: i see. dyabman: can u tell us what the above drivel has to do with this thread? in ur rules, it was clearly stated there shall be no off-topics. i will so much appreciate if you show consistency when enforcing your laws. |

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Cougar: 8:23pm On May 30, 2008 |
mukina2: in other words, unless members report the moderator cannot discern herself that some comments are ludicrous or senseless. this is interesting. |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by mukina2: 8:35pm On May 30, 2008 |
Fact is i cant be on all threads at the same time . and reading that post there is nothing wrong with it. . Members will report posts they feel they were attacked on Lol . ur assumption is soo wrong . . . . it makes me laugh We have gone offtopic too much already . ciao. Someone created a thread on moderator on sports . .you can post your grievance there |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Cougar: 8:53pm On May 30, 2008 |
mukina2: don't get me irritated with your defense. a moderator should know when to delete provocative comments that may spark fights. u do not wait for members to report to u before u delete threads that are being recycled. why do u now need members to report comments before u can delete them? we are not going off-topic, mod. i am just asking u a simple question why u allow senseless posts to thrive on threads. |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by debosky(m): 9:02pm On May 30, 2008 |

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by doyin13(m): 9:11pm On May 30, 2008 |
Dyabman's post is the most interesting thing I have ever read on this thread Usually the vocabulary veers towards pillock-spew-desert eagles and such nonsense. |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Cristalz(f): 9:19pm On May 30, 2008 |
doyin13:JJust goes to show you're as dumb as he is Do you really have to exhibit it nearly everywhere you go? |

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Cougar: 9:56pm On May 30, 2008 |
debosky: doyin13: interesting stuffs. from what i can deduce here, simpletons thrive on this forum because they have a listening/reading audience who cheer them. what a life. the degree of the social decadence is alarming. moderator, i think it's about time u sanitise this place. get rid of morons who writes gibberish and the audience who cheer. |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by A40(m): 7:21pm On May 31, 2008 |

Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by lordimpaq(m): 8:36am On Jun 01, 2008 |
you know the funny thing, when the premiership was about to start in july 2007, there was lots of activity, now the prem is over and euros are about to start, the sports thread has all of a sudden become boring, jackal is no where to be found, hucarson has probably gone to bed early, akola is somewhere in the blue kitaun is lounging somwhere, everyone has gone, well, we'll have to wait for july then, and we'll hope that the thread comes alive again, who knows, ronaldo might fracture his leg at the euros, |
Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by nazzyon(m): 8:56am On Jun 01, 2008 |
Manchester United is said to be after Daniel Alves (Sevilla) again to replace Luis Saha who may be going to Westham United since they are interested in him and because his performance was not all that good this season. We need a good striker to fill in the goals we always loose in matches. I believe we are also after Luis Fabiano of Sevilla (Right Back) to take the position of Wes Brown whenever Brown is covering for either Ferdinand or Vidic since we are loosing Gerrard Pique to Barcelona. ____________________ PERSONAL OPINION Patrice Evra was fantastic last season and we have a good Left Back in Mikael Silvestre but @ 31 all he can produce is skill and experience. And a better left back in John O'shea but sometimes fails to perform in that position. We need a player with speed conbined with experience and skills to man that position. I have a feeling that a person like Taye Taiwo would do for such position. The guy normally scores Penalty, free kicks, and his left footed shot is rated amongst the fastest in the world @ about 130km/hr. If not him, we need someone close. Or else if Patrice should fall short in performance and O'shea still making mistakes we may need some reinforcement. All I am saying is we need a left back before we loose Silvestre. Oh, our Maradona must stay too. We need Carlos Tevez in that squad. Carlos is always there when you need him most. He never lost touch in every match. |
