Please this is simply false. It is Israel that has refused to talk to Hamas. Hamas won an election The US,EU and Israel refused to recognise the hamas led government of national unity. Hamas was reay to talk but the west refused. ~Hamas participated in the ceasefire that was never implemented by Israel. Is that not talking ?
