This is fuss about NOTHING - anyone with the VIN can see the adequate information, correct mileage and so on. If the car is, by trim/equipment still the same as the 2008/2009 model, then what is the fuss about?

On this side of the world, there a little thing called "truth in advertising". Diffent things matter to different people in a car. It may be color, shape, year etc. Cars that looks the same might actually have different features on them because they are made one year apart.
Some people might be driving a 2006 model car and they want to drive a 2007 or 2008 even though the 2007 they are planning to buy might not be better than the 2006 they have. They just wanna have the bragging right of saying "i drive a 2007 model"

So if you come all the way from lets say Port Harcourt or Kaduna expecting that you are coming down for a particular year and you get something else. Would you still feel the same?. Think about it.
