I heard they read out some laws people should adhered to during the festival on the TV last nite. Can someone list them here?

I'm actually planning to be at TBS to see it tomorrow, with some colleagues from the office.
I hear Fash is really laying down the law this time, making sure there's no rowdiness.
A colleague of mine is carrying Eyo, and he's invited us to come and have some fun.
Will post gists and pics next week hopefully, if dem no break my camera.
