My friends' got this bad breath that really makes me feel pity for him to the point that i had to tell him how awful it is.
Tho he didn't find it offensive, as tho he knows about it even before i did tell him, but i promised to help him find solution to it on this forum.

Poor guy,let him get a good paste like colgate and brush properly at least 4times daily-particularly after meals.Also,a good mouthwash like listerine should be used about 4times daily too.Drink lots of water,cut down on spicy meals and alcohol.Stop smoking[if he smokes] and a strong mint like orbit chewing gum should always be handy.Cheers, N.B he may need a dental examination too if he has cavities or peridontal disease.

Bad breath is not only due to oral problems. It could also be due to intestinal problems such as ulcers. I just think the best thing is for your friend to go see a doctor and take a full analysis before it is too late.
