Go to any Intercontinental Bank, GTB or Zenith bank
But OAU Scratch card is strictly to get in any other state apart from osun state

I Thank all of u who hav been giving me the neccessary informaion required, God bless you all, i just confirmed 4rm first bank here in festac and they have it for N1000.The problem is that this particular site www.oauife.edu.ng is not opening , Thank you all

It will open keep trying, if it does not go in cybercafé you can try on another network or it may be site congestion. Keep trying it will go
