I desire to own the htc hero soon. I'll like to join the android family now. Windows mobile is a great os but most of the htc phones that have it, possess one hardware issue or the other. The xda guys are now behind the android cuz of the open source and linux thing about it. I even learnt that you can hack wifi networks with the android. And tons of roms have been cooked already. I can't wait to sell this n95 of mine and get it. I'm fed up of symbian os(5 years).

Re: Windows Mobile Phones by hypertech(m): 2:22pm On Nov 25, 2009
Personally, I recommend WinMo to only those who have a need for it, as it can be complicated sometimes, to one who's not into high end devices. My boss got an X1, after seeing mine, but was always having difficulty navigating the device until I got her a software that that simplifies the interface.
@belushi, it's good to know there are X1 users in da house. Just like you mentioned, I'm not really itching to upgrade to the X2, save for the camera improvement. Have you tried the SPB mobile shell.

nice shots g-rock. exactly same way i have it on my x1. but i must confess, d tf3d slowed down my x1 a bit. but i cannot uninstall it cos i like it.
Re: Windows Mobile Phones by grock1(m): 5:18am On Nov 30, 2009
@ belushi, thats definitly correct. . .it sure uses a lot of the fones ram which slows it down. . . but i love the look, so i dont mind. . . i av an application to clean ram, so i always use it to purge my ram, which makes my fone faster. .
Re: Windows Mobile Phones by belushi7: 5:33pm On Dec 01, 2009

Re: Windows Mobile Phones by moonraker(m): 9:56pm On Dec 16, 2009
@ maxjay

i think the symbian Os is quite limited compared to the winmo os,

i have owned a Nokia N95 and touch pro, and trust me, the difference is clear

i now use the iphone which in my opinion is mor advance than the two mentioned above,
Re: Windows Mobile Phones by belushi7: 3:46pm On Dec 20, 2009
as much as i like the iphone, the absence of fm radio keeps putting me off. i have always loved sonyericsson phones, they r just uniq, always stadng out. nokias r just like pure water. but to step up for d sonyericsson"s xperia, i had to b ready for almost 100percent utilisation for true satisfaction, and believe me, u"ll get it
