is it proper my step mother got herself a wife in order to give her a male issue because she doesn't have one. any one knows what to do and is there any legality to what she has done? anything appropriate government department that handles such issue as she fails to listen to my objection because my folks are no more. someone please advice.

i have seen it happen many times, dont think there is anything any govt would be able to do about it. its more of a traditional thing. why not involves the elders of your immediate village? is it against the traditional law of your village? there is nothing you can do, you might as well leave her to her wishes

(i heard/haveseen)there are some places where if a woman doesnt give birth to a boy and the husband is no longer living, the woman and in some cases the immediate family marries another woman and finds a man for her who will give the boyless woman a boy to continue on the family name. so basically the married woman finds a male partner to have a child(esp.males) with for her and the other woman

How old is the wife? If she is under 18 then its illegal but if she is above 18 then she has the right to make her choice and if she choses to donate her womb there is no law against that
