Vote yes or otherwise if you think Buhari would have stopped this crazy Boko haram by now unlike GEJ.

One suggestion tho:

If he can stop Boko Haram, why can't GEJ's goivernment solicit for his help. May be create a department of state that is in charge of terrorism and hand it over to Buhari to manage.

Now there is a good joke to start of the day.  Perennial election LOSER Ayatollah Buhari is the primary sponsor and instigator of the current terrorism wave  sweeping northern Nigeria, so it will indeed be a cold day in hell before the engineer of that bloodshed would ever consider calling a stop to the mayhem he has gleefully created.

I previously thought you were a reasonable fellow until I read the above.Boko Haram is a child of PDP aimed at bringing down ANPP in Borno which turned to a religious group. The biggest mistake was the killing of the founder by the Yar'Adua administration.

there you go again with the jokes. You're sitting pretty out of the line of fire while people who have seen the 'Fresh air' they voted for turn to H2S are the ones suffering.

Boko Haram has existed for years. Now they are back, emboldened by a weak President whose only solution is to propose spending taxpayers' money in another brainless Amnesty programme or to use 'dialogue' with a group that isn't interested in any peace overtures.

good thing about Buhari is that he has a track record as Head of State and a track record in quenching religious fanatic violence:

02 March 1984 – ITN NEWS
GENERAL BUHARI VISITS YOLA AFTER QUENCHING RELIGIOUS RIOTING THAT LEFT DOZENS DEAD.

Nigeria's military ruler, Major-General Mohamed Buhari, visited the northeastern Nigerian city of Yola - in Gongola state - February 29 to assess the extent of damage caused by violent communal rioting two days earlier.

The known death toll from the religious disturbances is nearly 140, with at least another 60 persons injured, some critically. Gongola's acting state governor, Colonel Cyril Iweze, blamed the turmoil on fanatical followers of Moslem fundamentalist Muhammadu Marwa Maitatsine's religious sect. Marwa himself was killed in vicious rioting three years ago, when an estimated 4,000 people died.

In disturbances on February 27, the army was eventually called in to quell resistance from thousands of religious fanatics, at least 715 of whom were arrested by security forces.

General Buhari visited the Yola Specialist Hospital during his one-day tour of the gutted city, and also met with the Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Mustapha Aliyu, to discuss the situation.

Gbam. Those that want the truth will always know it. Its just the way PDP registered Children for the election and started crying a river when they felt they did not benefit much from it.

Buhari would have definitely stopped it as soon as possible and will never be overwhelmed by Boko Haram.

Even a Stevie Wonder could see that!
The initial set of BK criminals were bailed out of jail by CPC, remember?
That's why when some these sore loosers cry that GEJ is weak, I simply ignore them.

The incompetency of Jonathan is a public knowledge and yet, some die hard fresh air singers are not seeing it. If Buhari was the president today, Boko Haram would not have rears its ugly head up again.
Re: Can Buhari Stop Boko Haram? by DrummaBoy(m): 8:34pm On Jul 12, 2011
Your answer is in GenBuhari's post.
Buhari did it then(1984), he would have done it again(2011).
