I'm into sports, in particular I play basketball. Whilst it's not exactly American football or full contact karate, there are times when having abit of flesh does help. We all have different positions on a team, and I have fit quite well into my role as small forward(emphasis on small!). Anyway, I want to experiment and change my position, so I need to gain some body mass else it's just not going to work. I'll literally get bumped back into my old position grin. What sort of diet can I go on? Any pills I can take?(P.S- I don't do steroids shocked)

eat more carbohydrates like potatoes, spagetti, noodles that should fatten ya up

eat and use weight gain product you can get'em online but the best thing is stop playing for a while and concentrate on gaining weight (fat) then go to gym it'll turn the fat to muscle then sart playing again you'll surely see a clear difference but if you eat and play @ same time it's waste of time.

Well, I think you can take super appitite. Its an appetite stimulant or something. Makes you want to eat all the time.

Thanks, I already tried Supradyne. I had an appetite like a horse, still slim. And it's like fifty bucks a capsule, the way I work it out.

Don't understand, just want FAT!! Any probs wit dat??

I've stopped playing and am eating and i'll let you know if I notice any changes.

fat cells die hard.obesity is a great public health problem which is difficult to control. so be careful what u ask for

Just eat lots of carbs, fats etc and relax your self, you will get to add a few flesh here and there.

but remember, its easier to gain weight than to loose it! grin

You should indulge in everything that dieters have to be off from. Cheese, butter, but no junks as they aren’t good for health. Drink water and do not skip meals, carry some homemade snacks everywhere you go and keep munching on them
