Left to me Lawyer, we have shifted our attention too much to Ajah and the likes, I think is high time we look at the other axis especially Agbara and environs, that place is very fast developing with Factories springing all over, universities, and is also close to Badagry with its waterways not to talk of the new 10 lane road and rail connecting that area to mile2 etc.

The second land is at lagos ibadan express way, between beger and MFM, it is just about 10mins from beger bustop closer to lagos that mowe and ofada.  the only problem is the link road, it is really rough, if Ogun state goverment could fix the road, which is a direct road to express) ( about 15mins because it is rough)  and it is the cheapest land in that area ( Hidden) no one knows except me , it is 350k per plot

all offers are at Lekki Epe axis, what about Ibadan exprss way especially Mowe and Abiokuta express way. I lived at Lekki for 6 years, now I live in Ikeja and I prefer it than Lekki because it is less cost and stress. For me I wouldnt choose to move over there again, I rather like to find something around.
If you are nt a banker, working in communication companies or booming business man then stay away of that area.
