the second pretiest IMO is Yvonne Okoro

but erm Jackie Appiah is okay
shes just too thick and short for my liking

Good assessment, I feel Yvonne Okoro & Yvonne Nelson beat Jackie Appiah in beauty however I feel Jackie is pretty in her own way to.

I was going to ask, Jocelyn Dumas looks mixed too. Is she mixed? because the last name "Dumas" does not sound like a ghanian name. I had a boss here in the states with that last name and she was not black. Any idea? By the way Jocelyn is a very good actress. I liked her performance in the movie 'adams apples.'

Well the reason for that is because the only Ghanian actresses that are popular outside Ghana are the ones that have made some mark in Nollywood; which is what Yvonne, Jackie, & Nadia have done. Nollywood is the film industry power house of sub-Saharan Africa, So if you are not known in Nollywood it is hard for the rest of Africa to really know you or for these stars to break into the african film industry. All the top Ghanian actor and actresses(Van Vicker, Majid micheal, Nadia Buari, Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Nelson, John Dumelo, Sinare, Kofi) known today have made some sort of mark in Nollywood to expose themselves as a actor and actress into a larger audience. If it wasn't for Nollywood some of the Ghanian stars or most wouldn't have really been as popular as they are today.
