In conclusion, luck does exist but destiny doesn't. The part where you alluded a destined person to be a choiceless person is very accurate. Life is about making the right choices and not just relying on foreordained predestination which doesn't exist.

When conditions are suitable we feel lucky but when it's otherwise we say it's ill-luck. Just like when a person attain success they feel it was predestined whereas it's actually based on their hardwork and resilience.

But do you think a person need some form of luck to attain certain feets or it's all about sheer hardwork and determination. Such ordeals birth the predestination theory as the industrious fellow at some point would start thinking his predicament was predestined while the successful one without much hardwork also think likewise.

How true! The sad thing is that we live in a time where things aren't seemingly easy. Well mostly in Africa though. We find situations where folks struggle all their lives at Maslow's ist level.

The need for air, drink, warmth, sex, sleep, food and shelter. With the latter three evading most like one trying to grab air. It doesn't take long before they settle for mediocrity.

Life now is tougher and though we all hope to hit that point of self-actualization or even get to the point of transcendence, only few would get to that level.
