The team found a way to harness Osimhen's aerial prowess to devastating effect today.

Wingers do not always need to take on players, just float in nice crosses and the "headmaster" will do the needful.

Observed Osimhen was attacking the spaces towards the far end of the goal post though he wasn't picked out on some occasions but the second goal was a clear example.

Our dependence on Osimhen is scary though.

Lookman does not see himself as a supplier. He sees himself as the main guy. Of course, we need another person with a main man mentality like Osimhen but Lookman overdoes it. Even Osimhen is very unselfish.

The reason Chukwueze shone today is that whether by instruction or by his own self motivation, he decided to be a supplier today and it paid off. He was highly instrumental to the outcome of today's game. From the moment Lookman got the yellow card, I was relieved and I predicted that our game was in Chukwueze's hands.

The reason Rashidi shone at Afcon 94 was because of Oliseh. Oliseh was giving the Baba, telegraphic passes.

Osimhen needs an Oliseh.

Oliseh was the secret to our midfield. He was a combination of Mikel and Onyedika and Onyeka and Ndidi. He was too good - a DM who was a deep lying midfielder and orchestrator.

Even before this game, I had identified that playing Simon and Lookman at the same time was a problem. Chelle needs to start benching one of them and when on the pitch they play directly from the wings and not Lookman always trying to play through the middle.

As for Olusegun he has no business in this team. It is above his pay grade.

watching Chukwueze in our 3-0 win against Benin under Eguavoen meehn, that guy just need to be consistent….he is a real game changer and skillful player…just dey mesmerize Benin defense that day…creating chances up and down

Our recent last 3 qualifying gmes now he didnt do much.. he became selfish and poor at decision making he tries to dribble and shoot then kicks it aagainst the oppsition. Even currently in his club they now prefer Ghanian suliemana.

Go to twitter people are happy that he got a second yellow which sidelines him on next match and he is not going to be missed. Everyone cant be wrong at the same time, Unlike before if lookman has injury scare evryone will be worried.

A draw in all 3 games will give us the higher hope of qualification.
A win for Burkina Faso by only 1:0 MARGIN and a draw in the remaining 2 games will give
us high hopes of qualifying
even though we must match that result with a 3:0 SCORELINE(2:0 MARGIN will be sufficient but for our porous defence and awkward goalkeeping)

A win for Madagascar as well as for Burkina Faso(at most 1:0) with a draw for Uganda gives us least to no hope of qualifying.

Why the above? You cannot guarantee that South Africa will not beat Rwanda as both matches(South Africa and Nigeria) will be played simultaneously.
