The issue with your case is the occupation requires that you have a bachelor degree to get a positive assessment.
Since it is AIM that is in charge of the assessment, go to their website and read if they substitute 5years experience in lieu of qualification.

Am HND holder working with a retail supermarket as a manager but has worked in the bank before cos I actually studied Banking and finance and planning to apply as a Supply and Distribution Manager from Occupation List cos it fits my job right now.Please advice on what to do from scratch to finish.
