Give a weight to the fact that there is hardly any deep conversation between both of them, so it's clear that there is no feeling of friendship which might translate to Loyalty between them. 0
There is also the possibility of Lucy doing the cooking, and Laycon doing the dishes. 0
So Laycon owes Lucy -40 loyalty.
With all being said though, if you are not voting for Laycon, vote Lucy.

Point of correction. Erica struck the deal with Laycon when Laycon got injured and couldn't walk properly and therefore couldn't participate in the HoH task of that week. The deal wasn't for anytime anyone of them won, they'd choose the other. Erica won the HoH when Laycon had asked for his distance. They were still on talking terms but weren't as close as before.

Finally, Erica never struck a deal with Trikytee. She only said "Trikytee win and choose me as your DHoH".
