Good day, please, I need clarification on my qualification while applying for EOI towards PNP.

I am a DVM ( Doctor of Veterinary Medicine ) and on ECA evaluation by WES I was awarded a Canadian equivalency of six years of Professional study in vet medicine. However, I am looking at creating EOI profile for some provinces; but I am confused on the option to pick in terms of qualification. The highest level of qualification options available for the SINP EOI for instance includes;

Master's or doctorate degree, canadian equivalency
bachelor's degree or a three or more year degree program at a university or college
Trade certification equivalent to journey person status in province
Canadian post secondary degree or diploma for a two years or equal.

I am confused, can anyone clarify for me?

Please i need clarification on work history. So i had entered the pool with work history using NOC 4031 (2013-2017 making 3 years working experience) and my profile expired.

So i started filling a new profile and i saw primary work experience. I forgot to mention that i started a job with NOC number 2263 mid 2017 till date where i did my masters in between this period. My question is can i use Noc 4031 as primary while i use Noc 2263 as the secondary work experience or vice versa and i wont be penalised during documentation ?
NB: my course of studied pure chemistry at bsc and msc level.

Please I want to know if I can use NOC 4031 as my primary work experience without a degree in Education?

I want to claim it through the 2 years Npower program I did, but seeing that my degree is not in education, can I use this NOC?
