And that is how this foodie mama's infected me with the spirit of food since yesterday only palm oil rice with plenty it's is what I've bee eating. yesterday I boiled rice but I just didn't feel like eating it until I turned it to palm oil rice and that's how my sis ate half of it. Now I just finished another plate but i want to eat more when I come back from outing I must surely cook it, hope the craving is still there then.

pls mama's come to my aid o my wrist has been aching for like a week now to the extent that I can't even scratch myself when itching I can't pick up anything. It started with the left wrist now it's both hands. Old what can I do to it? I've massaged, increased my calcium but it's still there help me pls.

On the day of their arrival it shall be joy every where, we will not weep over mother or baby and even daddy in jesus name. We take charge and sanctify the hospital environment with your blood, evil ppl shall not get to our perimeter in Jesus name. Every staff on duty shall work for our favour in Jesus name.

And Daddy we commit every woman in your waiting room once again into your hands that you answer them speedily. Because we believe in only your report and no doctor's report father remember us and cancel every doctor's report, make our bodies brand new once again.

Teamie you can put shea butter on it and leave it till the following day it will peel off when u bathing if it doesn't go the first time try it again. That's what i did and it peeled off.

Maybe you should just prepare your mind towards both. Have everything ready from before the earliest EDD. After all, EDDs are +or - 2weeks so that anytime baby Cole decides to show face, he'll not take us unawares. He'll surely come when he's ready. I guess EDDs are just to prepare us for the likely time. Babies no kukuma know which one be edd. They'll just pop out when they are ready.

Dear sis everything that needs to be ready is ready o. Infact the only thing i need to put in my hospital bag now is tissue paper and i don't know why i always keep forgetting to buy but the truth is I'm tired, me and body aches are now best of friends but I know according to zaynie i can't be pregnant for ever.

Huge for where? I'm a size 8/10 marriage turn me size 12 belle turn me size 14. So i no huge reach anywhere o. Every time i pass that dunamis side on Sunday I'm always like one preggy woman will just show face and I will call u at least I've seen ur face i should be able to recognize u.

Mamas pls o quick question. Do i calculate gestational age with scan or LMP? I have 2 weeks difference between both. I'm 34wks now doc and scan tells me 36 which one will i follow pls?

You need milk oh for calcium, if you decide to skip the milo. Milk is encouraged for pregnant women. If you get a very good perineal guide during labor you might not tear. Even with small baby one can still tear.

The calcium in pre natal vitamins is not enough, one needs to supplement with food that has calcium. That's why you see lots of preggy mums in third trimester complaining of leg, thigh pain/ache etc

Thanks for this. When the ache was becoming extreme this weekend especially my wrist to my upper arm i had to go get calcium supplements wïth my prenatal vitamins and to say i have been taking milk all along.

Team october,hope we're all coping o. For me i can't cope again,i'm beginning to feel depressed somehow. The kain shame wey catch me today no be small,i went for lunch break and the woman that owns the shop made me ashamed of myself. In as much as i feel she's being concerned,i felt embarrased,i must say. Though the last time i went there she told me i'm too heavy, today now she started lamenting to her customers why should i still be coming to work with such load i'm carrying that my office must be very wicked to still be allowing me come to work, she asked everybody to look at my big belle that how can i be carrying this kain load and still be coming to work and while she was still lamenting, one of her customers added that he always see me at the b/stop every evening after close of work....ewoooo,i don die today! seems everybody in her shop knows me, i didn;t know what to say again,i just started laughing sheepishly but sincerely i was ashamed of myself and i promised myself i won't go there for lunch again......Abeg na only me waka come for this kain thing, i don tire.
