I use gelusin. The tablet own and it relieves me. Look out for food that triggers it try to avoid it and then don't lie down before 2 hrs after eating although that doesn't work for me cos i lie down i no lie down i will still have d heartburn but gelusin to d rescue sha.

Op thanks for this I'm full phlegmatic woman and the only thing i cherish is peaceful coexistence.
