You are just 19 years old.

Still a child who while has started making little decisions should still be under the coverage and protection of your parents.

Are your parents poor?

Biko enter university and learn a skill by the side (if interested).

Aiye tin dori kodo ke.

19 years talking of manhood.

Have you started going beards?

My parent are not rich and not poor. I'll say average. And I've started growing beards maybe it's cause I read engineering.

Bro you better stay back with your parents cuz at least you're not paying for food and shelter yet. Things ain't rosy out there.

As for ur uncle, tho it depends sha but in this current state of Nigeria, it's very rare to find someone who isn't your parents that will feed you without complaining.

Find something and engage yourself.

Ok. Thanks for your Advice. My uncle took me like his son..... Sometimes I feel like his my dad since I was young(but he's not). I just feel free asking him for advice Everytime. So he says it's ok if I will stay. He can provide food and everything.

No worry Adult hood go tire you, but speaking of being responsible you can be in your parent house and still feel important use this opportunity to acquire lost of skills I mean lot of certifications you don't necessarily need to feel your bank or pocket but feel your brains build your mind.
You can learn Video production, music production Auxillary Nursing, go into IT enrol for a golf course or go into horse riding the last two option is easy when u leave in the North. Go and make a living for yourself but make sure you don’t thread the wrong path, every man should be financially independent as that’s what makes you a man, struggle hard so you can provide and care for your future girlfriend and eventually your wife and kids. May God be with you . Hope you’ve not started following girls? Are you still a virgin?
I never had a girlfriend. Is that still Ok as of my age? Am still a virgin

I don't know if this is the right sections. But I believe this section is filled with matured minds.
Not long (this year) I turned 19 but all this while my parents have been keeping me indoor and isolated from friends in the name of We Don't want you to be with the bad Guys. that's not the issue, the thing is that am not working and that makes me feel so lazy. I mean I want to be working for what I eat and wear. I want to feel and be like some of my mates although I don't like their Lifestyle.
But now my question is that is it right if I leave home and stay with my uncle who stays alone and let me be Working under him?.
I mean it that right and will staying far from my family make me a better man?

Yes you can.... Ensure that you go to the village during holidays and spend alot of times there ... Gradually, you will begin to flow. You might not be fluent with it but you will be able to keep up with a good conversation....

Same thing happened to me... But my language people too deh form English speakers for town.....

Ok. When I go to the village..... If I speak English (even the broken one). Some will say the boy is brilliant, some say he brags, some say other things.
But I'll try and look for someone who can teach me.

Family / Am 19 Is There Still Hope For Me To Learn My Language? by Ninetails: 7:23am On Mar 29, 2022
Sorry Elder ones, am not good at English.
I was born in the northern part of Nigeria, in Kano Air Force Barrack. So I grew up Learning to speak only English And Hausa. Am a marghi by tribe but that's not the problem. The thing is I wasn't thought to speak my language. I wasn't even taken to the village several times or stay long when I was a kid. Now that I have grown a little, I realized that not learning my language makes me somehow incomplete. I also thought of how will my own children learn their language?.......
Anyway my main question here is that......is there a way I can still learn my language? If yes please drop suggestion.
Thank You All.
