These are the things the president is supposed to be leading. The president is supposed to be a unifier. A star that shines nationalism.

Our heroes in uniform deserve better from this nation. They deserve better from us.

In fact a day should be set aside for them. We need to celebrate people that deserve it. And not call people excellency for no reason

Whether it is true or not. The widows of the fallen soldiers should not go through any tough time in getting what id due them. They should be celebrated

These are the things that demoralizes.

The soldier that spoke out on YouTube who has been arrested now said that the fallen heroes money that they are supposed to their widows are not paid. I really want to believe that is untrue but he also said that some people always want to sleep with the grieving widow first.

The military people are not happy. When you do something unfair as Commander chief to the military. They can't say anything but they won't man their post well. Imagine in the midst of all these chaos. I am sent as sniper to implant myself in the bush in the middle of the night and my morale is low. Any ka ka ka ka ( gun shot ) l am running ASAP.

When you know your leader will not run away when BH shows up. You are ready. When a leader is ready to take the lead when bullets are flying. Morale will be high.

They are supposed to be but you don't have leaders like Zulum leading you in the war front. BH is coming you are running and asking soldiers to go forward. The soldiers will loose morale.

Even if you have misunderstanding put Nigeria first. If everyone does that then issues will always be resolved.

The north seems to be investing more in religion than in education. While religion is good, they need to up the game of education.

When Nigerians begin to hate Nigeria then we are in deep shit. Leadership is essentially not about building roads and commissioning taps but about inspiring Nigerians to love Nigeria. Right now Nigerians are not working for Nigeria.

Nigeria leaders actually think leadership is about building roads. You are building roads while the people are developing hate. They will use the road to destroy the nation.

We need young people like 30 years.

But how does an old man earn 30k a month? The age again affects your ability to inspire.

The Governor of Borno state understand these things. The inspiration Gov Zulum has given to The people of Borno and indeed In Nigeria is much more than the ones we have gotten from FG in 2 years.
