My siblings are currently in the US on an F1 visa. I also got an admission to the same school. Do you think it will hurt my chances during my visa interview?

Immediately. But the issue is getting a date. However, they always advise you should only re-apply if your circumstances have changed. If you know the reason you were initially denied and can defend yourself at the next interview, all well and good!
