- Can use MS- Office especially Excel

Reports to: CFO

Qualifications:
- B.Sc or H.Nd in a finance related discipline
- Chartered with ICAN
- minimum of 2 years experience

Salary: N100k to N140k monthly depending on experience.

A reputable organization in Calabar, Cross Rivers State is recruiting a results-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to assist the Finance department in accurately processing receivables, entering them into the system and recovering debts.

Qualification:
-Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or Finance
-Preferable partly or fully qualified (ICA, ACA, ACCA)
-Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in a similar role
-Excellent communication and service skills
-Attention to detail
-Can use MS-Office tools and accounting software

Responsibilities
-Resolving account discrepancies and carrying out timely reconciliation
-Carrying out due diligence before advancing credit.
-Timely generating of invoices & dispatching them within 24 hours to customers
-Aggressive follow up on collection to prevent debts exceeding 60-days
-Flagging possible problematic accounts/doubtful debts for timely management decision
-Working with the sales team to review accounts, client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms.
