All these talk of the board not signing players is not supposed to start hunting us at the beginning of the season. For us to be losing matches we are not supposed to lose at the beginning of the season, it means carrick is the problem.

Our losses so far this season is on Carrick mehn. He is busy trying some stupid tactics that is not working. Why not go back to playing the boys in their natural position like he did last season.

Who goes into a UCL match with a formation you have never tried before, when fans are already complaining that he is playing the players out of position.

I remember when Arsenal fans were saying that the owners were the problem. Until they found Arteta. Yes, he finished 8th twice (and won 1-2 cups during those initial years), but it was clear what he was trying to do which is positioning with huge emphasis on rest defense. Was he initially fully backed with transfers? No, he had to carve out his system for Arsenal, and then as they started seeing progress they went all out for him. Infact, they overhauled the squad for him in his third season.

We should not be backing a manager that finished 14th in the league without any system or progress.
Again, we need to be lucky with manager appointments. Other stuff like football structure, level of debt and dividends paid are peripheral.

I still remember this. ETH came and convinced the board that Ragnick was saying rubbish. Less than 2 years later, he was sacked.
