Had a scan and here is d result:
Live fetus
Cephalic presentation
Anterior placenta grade 3
Absent liquid.
They said there is no gynae now and dat i should go home and be on bedrest till tomao morning if there is no contraction yet,but i should go back as soon as d onset contraction.

Go home ke? Absent liquid and they said u shud go home , aint u suposd to b induced or somthing since there is a risk of an infection? Nawa! Contractions will start soon by Gods grace so u can pop the damsel out, may God make it easy for you

Niyyah, sorry about the tooth o.....I once read that you gurgle with coconut oil, its quite effective cos a lot ppl recommended it.
It also helps to whiten teeth amd close those slim gaps btw the teeth that food always get stuck on.
You may have to google the whole process cos there is a name for it.
If you can find temporary solution to it, just take it @ least till delivery cos so close to delivery now, if labour go catch you for on top dentist table nko?

Welcome 2 my world of toothache in pregnancy. Well, wot my dentist prescribed was amoxil and pcm. Worked like magic, tho I'd advice u see a dentist. The baby is sapping ur calcium, sorry dear.

No dentist will agree 2 pull ur tooth yle preggy. Always remember 2 rinse ur mouth or brush b4 going 2 bed so d bacteria will hv nothing 2 suck.

See a dentist ASAP! He may need to extract the offending tooth. The antibiotics mostly prescribed are safe from 2nd trimester. Sorry o! Toothache no be moi moi

Sorry dear, I know how it feels but not in pregnancy! Toothache is painful! I got it extracted n had peace. Please see ur gynaecologist or a dentist for pregnancy friendly treatment for toothache

Niyyah i had same experience some years back hmm the pain no be here o. i can imagine how u feel. i went to see a dentist and got it removed coz it was bad. so u just have to go and see one asap. Sorry dear

Seriously I can't even describe how I feel but I will try and see a dentist,i just don't know if the drugs I ll be given after the removal would affect my lo or not since my gynea ain't around,thanks for the response teamie.

I have been in same shoes before, i pressed garlic juice on the affected tooth for about 1-2 mins( its stinginly painful though) then i rinse off with warm water.

I repeat like every 2 hours.

It will go if done religiously.

Note:

My pharmacist said it can be well avoided by brushing after meals or preferably before bed time,so i do that now.

All is well.

My wonderful family, how una dey?‎
Since we all knw I passed my due date wc ws 28 august. I went 4 acn on thur as usual nd wen I met d doctor n told him I noticed in d morning my pant was wet without me going to wee.he examine me n said my my amniotic fluid is leaking n dat they will hv 2 admit me n dat ws how they took my file to delivery section. On getting der d doctor examin me n said they hv 2 induce me.
           That is how they inserted a tube in my virginal ooo n dey told me one d balloon drop I shld let them knw.so I started walking up n down d whole section n started feeling pain @ my abdomen.b4 I knew it,i throw up n d pain stopped.i told d nurses dat am nt feeling any pain n she said I shld nt worry dat d pain wil come.
            I now started chatting DH since it ws hs break period n I came 2 update people on nl.i ws formin sexy thinkin d whole tin is not as hard as people say it.finally d balloon fell.
      The nurse now told me to go n lie down n d nxt tin dey brought a tube n inserted it in my anus oooo n did some abrakadabra n told me 2 stand n walk around 4 10min n go 2 toilet n poo.that its 2 avoid pooing during labor.afte walkin n goin 2 poo I felt so calm n empty but still feeling sexy.

      Finally they asked me to go n lie down on d bed n pass drip on me n in less than 10 min contraction started wit 5min interval n I ws ask 2 lie on my side.d pain ws 4rm oda world.
        I couldn't shout cos I hv read it wont help mata so I turn d pain 2 d wall of d delivery room.i almost broke der wall.( I have never spoken in tongues this lengthy lik I did yday). I ws praying n speaking d word to myself that it wil end in praise. Wen ever dey come 2 check me,it was lik war.after being in labour 4 2hrs 15min I called one of d nurses n told her I want to poo n she said she checked me in less than an hour n I ws 4cm n dat as a ftm I wil go through labor minimum of 8hrs.i called her after 5min again that I wnt 2 poo n wen I started screaming she now came 2 check me n ws surprised I ws fully dilated.b4 dey could convert d bed 2 delivery one I started pushing cos my baby's head ws out already n my 2nd pushing brought forth d body.
       My baby came out weighing 3.4kg
