Yes it includes punctuation marks, caps and all, you also need to be very calm to minimise errors.i had 90% accuracy, 34wpm . For the simulation you r going to listen to a recorded call btw a customer and a customer care rep and insert the necessary details like name, no, address, n all but note , you should try and input the customer's no (hrd its important) moreso u can always remember to input the remaining details before time elapses, d problem solving part is easy but i couldn't type much cus i was rily tensed... Just try n be verryy calm cus que sera sera.. hope dis helps?

BS- All 3scans gave 3 different days, 29th sept, 3rd Oct, 24th sept but my JJ was born on d 25th of sept. As at 12 midnight of 24th I started feeling menstral like pain and I waited till 2pm before waking darling hubby. Immediately hubby opened his eyes he was like let's start walking round d house cos to relieve me n d contractions kept coming on n off, as at 3pm I told him I couldn't hold it any longer and at 4pm we left for d hospital. On arriving at d hospital I was directed to d delivery ward waiting to see a doc but d doc on duty was busy n I was told to wait by d matron on duty.

Mehnnn nah so d contraction continue on and off till 11: 30am as at DAT time d doc came to check me and he was like wow u already at 8cm, I was ask to do pcv and 12am I was asked to move to d delivery room and d doc came to rupture d membrane immediately he puts his hands he looked at me n said matron her cervix is open get her ready, a drip was passed into my hand not up to 5minute I told d matron I want to poo and she said I should poo and I kept screaming I want to poo while she was wearing her gloves I shouted I wan to poo she said madam go ahead poo like its very hard and one push like I want to release a very hard and stubborn poo my baby boy came out and immediately I heard his cry I just said 10k u Jesus cos it can only b God. D matron kept telling me to think I was ready to deliver and I was so calm.

Baby came out exactly 12.15pm weighting 3.5kg with tear sha. But d sowing due painful pass delivery oooo . dat was what I kept telling d matron while she was sowing.

@Niyyah I undrstand how u feel. Wen my baby was dat age,he used 2 cry like kilode but dh was very helpful,he will sing n rock him 2 sleep. B4 we knw it,he get used 2 it till now if I want him 2 sleep I will play cool music, rock or sing n he wil doze off... Maybe u should try dis too. It is well with us n los.

My dear,don't sweat it @ all,try to take one day @ a time,being a new mum can be overwhelming,hold off on formula for now and try nursing often(2 hrs)to Establish your milk supply,you can try mothers milk tea aswell,she doesn't need meds @all she is fine,sing and rock her when she cries, that might help to calm her down.Babies don't know the difference between night and day @ this stage, she would soon get the hang of it in a few weeks,be patient and ask God for strength daily to care for your bundle of joy.Congrats

Stinky farts, enough wet diapers and yellow-brown poo that looks buttery or peanut-buttery are all signs she's breastfeeding and drinking something. Feed on demand, when she's hungry let her eat, if she's not hungry don't feed her. I think you're doing fine. Btw that burp should be loud enough to hear, so if a small one comes out, maybe just a little gas came out. She's too young for colic.

hi angel, take it easy aii. she is fine. frm wht u described it has nothing to do with colic and d likes. that's just her own pattern and she will soon change. babies change every week so dnt worry. just make sure u establish a sleeping pattern for her and she will b fine.

Relax your mind mama (it sounds like you're alone with her so that makes things crazier).

When Baby E had that issue at 7 days old, it was because I wasn't burping her well. Have you tried that? Gas drives little newborns cray-cray.

As for your milk, you have enough. Newborns stomachs don't grow to the size of an egg till a month, so they need a little but will eat a lot. Expressing won't show you how much you're producing because it is NOT as efficient as a baby's sucking motion (the best pumping machine is a hospital-grade $2, 000 electric pump which isn't sold in Nigeria so just forget it and you don't need it).

So, how do you know if she's eating enough? Simple: how many diapers do you change daily? Minimum 7 to 12 diapers is fine. If she's peeing and pooping that much daily, she's fine. Also take her to weigh, if she's gaining even some small weight, she's fine. When you feed her, do you feel a tingling inside your breasts? That's your milk letdown (its coming in so she's drinking). Also give yourself a warm compress breast massage (use a hand towel and warm to hot water to massage the entire breast area, starting from under the armpit down to nipple).

During the day, don't let her fall asleep at your breasts because it means (depending on if her latch is good) she eats a little and naps, then wakes up in 30 mins or hourly and eats a little more and naps. Which turns her into the World's Best Snacker (she's eating tube-tube rather than eating a full meal and resting). Which turns you into that Mummy Whose Boobs Are Constantly Out While She Does Nothing But Cries From Exhaustion And Frustration. So tickle her toes and her ears and sing to her while she eats during the day and at night be silent as a church mouse (this will also help in sleep training as she will learn that when it is dark you are no fun and she should sleep). Also look up cluster-feedings, remember it is a supply and demand thing, the more your baby sucks the more milk you make. If you are expressing then for every bottle the baby takes, you express (every 2-3 hours or your milk slowly dries up).

you can take Fenugreek tablets (sold at Healthplus or Medplus pharma in Lagos) or fenugreek powder as a tea (sold at Indian stores or online from the natural hair shops like Sizzelle or African Naturalista), it boosts milk supply.

If you do all this and she's not gaining weight, she's not peeing and pooping a lot, if you find some crystal-like crumbs in her diaper, if her poop is hard and not butter-looking, then she's dehydrated and give her formula. HTH.

Thanks soo muchh sis,i do burp her after every feed o,but her diapers r mostly sckd with urine as she doesnt poo daily but she farts a lot n its stinks(should i be worried?) But when she poos,its actually yellow n butterlooking.
