JOB TITLE:
MPN Staff Bus Driver

JOB LOCATION
Lagos and it’s environ

DURATION
Full time and Part time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform all driving duties/activities efficiently with excellence and spot on precision. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

QUALITIES REQUIRED
 Prior experience of driving in a corporate environment
 Prior experience in driving Company staff bus i.e Coaster Buses
 The ability to work in a fast paced environment
 The ability to multitask and work under pressure
 The ability and willingness to be cross-trained to perform other duties
 Be physically fit, reliable and punctual
 A self-starter and result oriented person who should be able to follow guides, plan and routes and who is comfortable working with others to achieve results.
 Must possess a matured attitude, be friendly and presentable
 A basic knowledge of Vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 Pick up passengers from designated location(s) in the morning.
 Safely drive them to their office or location(s).
 Pick the same passengers from designated pick up point after close of work or School.
 Drop them off at their various bus stop(s)
 Attend regular safety meetings and trainings
 Keep the vehicle in clean and healthy condition at all time
 Protect the corporate image of the Company by being corporately dress and polite to passengers at all time.
 Perform other duties/ assignment as may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 A minimum of an SSCE or its equivalent
 A valid Drivers’ Licence
 A minimum of five (5) years prior experience driving a Coaster Bus or driving in logistics freight services Company.

wristwatch: there will be an online assessment(personality test) after which assessment centre follows. Then after interview stage which documantation and medicals are d last stage.

I received an email notification for online assessment as details will be communicated on friday.

Did they categorically state that it is going to be personality test

Cannot agree less but my point is that it's never straight to interview.....what workforce does is assessment after the first stage....all the same I don't want another test
