I'm undecided whether to purchase this LASU screening form or not, because staylites on Nairaland have told me blankly that getting computer science in Lasu is near impossible because i chose LASU as preferred or second choice.

Please, if you have first hand knowledge of anyone ever admitted without picking them as first choice, please drop,a comment.

Things are tight, and i wont be happy wasting well over N10,000 including transportation.

lest i forget, Jamb scored me 200.

Hmmmn, this question is hard to answer.
I fear Lasu. I can only say that only those that will do the first screening will be admitted on merit.

The second screening will be for money making and some others that chose less competitive courses will be admitted or those that scored high MAY (I was a victim of this, I sat down at home waiting for admission after being the second highest score of my course. I had to voice out after I saw them picked the first, third, fifth person) also be admitted but transfer to a less competitive course in the faculty of education mostly.
That's not to scare you. Prayer does all things. Study hard and Pray.

I chose LASU as preferred choice(second choice if you like). Computer science.
Jamb scored me 200.

However, I've been reading some discouraging comments about not getting picked as a second choice candidate.

I'm from Ondo state too.

What are my chances?

OK, so after 12 months of seeking employment, she's entitled to kill herself and others.

I don't know why you people find it hard to accept that fupre was in wrong on this matter.
I know what i wrote, and what I deserve as a score.


JAMB scored me 210 and gave me liberty to pursue whatever course in whatever university i choose. (Afterall the cut off mark for any university in Nigeria is 200)
It may not have been an actual reflection of my performance, but it was good enough.

FUPRE scored me ridiculously, giving me almost no chance, and you still find a correlation for a comparison?



My own advice to you is , you stop being insensitive to the plight of others, and be reasonable when posting on sensitive topics like this.
Everyone has a right to a voice, and what they cry out is their business!

If FUPRE is vexed with anyone challenging their outright wickedness, let them confront such person(s) directly.
