Jonathan Laid the foundation to 2nd Niger bridge , he initiated it but didn’t complete it because he wasn’t re- elected . Show me a picture of the bridge under Jonathan I’ll arrest my case. I used to ply first Niger bridge at least twice or thrice a year under Jona so I know the progress of the 2nd Niger bridge.
