Did you let the seller know?

I usually advice that if you must buy a fairly used TV, the profile of the seller must be 100%. It can only be compared to buying a naija used car. Some issues are latent.

Must I used a tokumbo Samsung led tv with stabilizer?

All depends on power supply in your area
