They are not doing any upgrade at all.
Its just a ploy to restrict fund transfers out of their bank. You can't even walk into their branch and perform fund transfer to other banks. They will always tell you that their system is down.

But despite all the attempt to smear peter obi, it failed.

We have in our possession documented implicating APC and Chris Ngige to that tragedy and the current bribing of the despicable Rev Mbaka.

Ndi Igbo let us vote out incompetence in 2015 and if in 2019 we are not satisfied with Buhari and his APC, we still give them the boot. Our National Assembly should be on standby to impeach any incompetent leader after just two years in office. Our country is not better than Japan that had 7 prime ministers in 8 years.
