I dim my lights when there are street lights already, sometimes I don't even use the lights. I wear glasses though, I'm almost blinded by too many lights hitting the glass hence the need to dim mine.

You're probably short-sighted, drive slowly, stay behind somebody if you're not familiar with the road, if there are street lights, dim your own lights, too many lights will affect your vision. And if you can, avoid night driving.

1st one on the left has crack by corner and batter DOES NOT hold any charger. Has 1gb ram-no hard drive.
2nd one on the right has battery that holds a charge.
1 charger seems to have come with the laptops.
