it's very possible bro. They are compressed versions. I once downloaded pes 2010 for just 10mb on my pc. After extracting it, it became 5.8gb. I currently have gta 3 on my phone and I downloaded it for just 3mb. I also downloaded six guns for just 6mb and it worked perfectly
