Management of product performance to achieve profit targets through correct and accurate reporting
Responsibility for optimizing product profitability and identifying areas of development and or enhancement as applicable, based on internal and external insight
Strong understanding of the relationship of customer numbers on proposition plans, mix and profit with recommendations to ensure targets are achieved
Understand all gross margin elements and contribution of products with recommendations for improvements wherever necessary.
Deliver regular business reporting and monthly forecasting for capacity and resource planning
Effective forecasting of impacts through the business planning process, monthly and annually.
Drive the understanding and importance of customer lifetime value and how this can be enhanced to deliver strong product profitability and drive proposition development
Understand Commercial and Operational performance indicators of products
Identify key product performance measures and monitor with business owners to ensure objectives are achieve
Chair cross functional forums to deliver commercial objectives as applicable
Analysis of customer behavior and create patterns for development of appropriate marketing and promotional campaigns

o Full integration of quality management processes within the In-Life Propositions and Product Management Group and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.
