You obviously have lost your sanity. 35 children died and that is tragic; no one wanted that. But saying there was poor planning on the path of the organisers is untrue. It is either you don't have the details or you are intentionally lying to your self which is mischievous.

An event is supposed to start be 10 am, SLATED BY THE ORGANIZERS.
BY 5.am, outside of the event place was already filled up with many of the useless and irresponsible parents. Some of them started scaling the fence, throwing and forcing their children inside of the event center THAT WAS LOCKED UP.
And by 7am, stampede started.
So use your brain now and tell us how it was the fault of the organizers.

The organisers should have sit done and assess this risk and put in place measures to prevent it from happening. They were naive in their approach. They and the society should learn from it so that it doesn't happen again. This is how the society grow. Come December 2025 people will do it better. Otherwise worse than this can happen if no justice.

As for the question you asked, the charge is criminal negligence. It was the responsibility of the organizers that the health and safety of those they invited were not compromised.

How do you justify to parents who lost their children that those who contributed to the deaths are not to face trial? We can't run a society like that.
