emmaxman: hello house, i just check my mail to see that i have gotten a reply since 6th. The reply was a refusal based on the following reasons but i'm not sure that is correct. { I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.}
Please, Can I request for GCMS note, if am to how to i start it. Thank you very much Sorry about this bro You’ll get it right next time When did you apply? |

From my experience till now, If review of eligibility has started, CIC normally denies within 1 week if they have to. If the application is in eligibility of review for 2-3 weeks, it is mostly positive.
Please o,gurus in the house, how true is the comment above? |

mzjokky16: I checked my cic page now, my long waiting eligibility review has started. But the amazing thing that is bothering me right now is the fact that they are reviewing the medical results that I submitted, I haven’t been called for any medical ooo, I submitted my application since June 18th and the first update is now and it’s coming with medical review that I haven’t been called for. Please Gurus, what is the meaning of this one now,I’m I suppose to be afraid or what. Online or paper route? Is it Upfront medical? When did your eligibility review start ? |

Chosenone31: 4 bank statements because he didn't want to move them to just one to avoid lump sum. Banks Access bank : 2m closing balace UBA bank 3 different accounts ,Naira x Dollar, 1m,8m, 26k$ each. There was no lump sum. We contacted the branch but didn't inquire if the Vo called. And also including my personal Acct statement, I am currently on internship. I don't get paid. So I didn't see any need to attach my bank statement. I concluded nysc in November 2018. Started internship January 2019 in a family friends engineering firm. I am 23yrs of age. Just when the Devil wants to play prank with someone’s destiny, if all stated above stands to be the clear scenario, means you got the visa already. Just reapply with a good sop to explain your grounds, these time get a letter from all the banks addressed to the embassy, the vo is also a human they make mistakes too. I know your worried, but don’t worry, what will be, will be. Just my humble opinion peace |
