u car need 3 basic things to start :fuel, ignition, and air.
your car is obd2 complaint, try to scan it first if the car self-diagnostic management system can store any fault code related to the above .

. i unplugged d harness every tin works as normal. i googled d name written on it (code alarm CA-510) its an alarm, central lock and remote start system is it possible to make it functional?

Of course, it can but may render your electronics inoperative if not done with wiring diagram.

I won't but you can unplug the harness and see if everything works as normal.

Pretty certain it's for aftermarket alarm.

I would leave it alone.
