I tried putting rosemary (still planted in a pot) on my window panes, and so far I think it worked. I also tried the citronella scented candles, and they also worked but I just wanted to try the herbal stuff.

I haven't been sleeping well for months now. And I haven't dreamed for years, The last dream that I could remember wasn't even a good one.

I share the room with my sister and she sleeps with the lights on, so would it be ok if I use those eye masks?

It actually depends on what I feel. If I'm tired I  prefer to take warm baths, but if I need to wake up I take a cold bath.  grin

Since a month ago, i tried to start a new exercise routine (my friend says that we need to adjust our routines regularly, I forgot why). I try to do 300 sit-ups every morning (that is if I won't be late for work) and also I walk a couple of blocks to work. When I get home, a do some leg raises. But I agree with what trimandtrendy said. We also need to have the proper diet for our exercise to 'pay off.' (I just hope that I can keep this up, not eating my normal dose of chocolates is really torture)
