@Npower please I'm still floating and really need help. I complained about being out of network coverage and not receiving the text after my physical verification. The number you said I should contact, I have tired calling but it's switched off. I even sent a text to the number, still nothing. please help me out. |

@Npower Please I need assistance. I am from Enugu State. I got the text to come and submit my credentials, I did so. Then at a point between 20th of November to 21st of December I was out of network coverage. When I got back I asked some friends and the confirmed they received text messages to log in. I suspect the text might have been sent to me too but since I was out of coverage I did not receive it. Please can anything be done about it? Thank you. |
