Money is as slippery as a liver. How do you: Earn it? Save it for a rainy day? Keep it? Manage it? Invest it? For most people, I'd say that keeping money is the most difficult achievement. Thus, most people get money, but they can't figure out how to keep it. So, here are 10 ways to keep money: Only spend money on what's absolutely necessary. Don't spend money to brag, or because other people are doing it. Be stingy. There's no glory in throwing your money around. The people you're trying to please with money, will be the same people who’ll run away from you when you're broke. Only spend money for absolute necessities like food, shelter, water, clothes, shoes, education, travel, and other necessities. Don't travel unecessarily. Budget your trips in advance and do your due diligence to shop for the most economical packages. As a general rule, don't operate without a budget. The budget will help you to learn how to control money, instead of the other way round. Draw your monthly budget for income and expenses to increase your financial discipline. Money is a poor master, but an excellent slave. Save money for a rainy day, but more importantly, invest money. It will increase, sometimes double, and sometimes tripple. Don't work for money. Save or invest your money so that it can buy your freedom from employer dependence. Before spending money, always think and look for ways to invest it first. It's better to spend from your profits than to spend from your income. Don't be happy when you buy a new pair of shoes or a new car, but be happy if your investment grows, or your money doubles. Instead of looking for ways to cut costs, look for opportunities to increase income. This opens up your limited mindset to a limitless mindset of abundance. |
Life may not always be fair, but it is still worth living. 2) When you're unsure, just take the next small step forward. 3) Life is too short to not find joy in it. 4) Your job may not always support you when you're sick, but your friends and family will be there. 5) Avoid buying things that you don't actually need. 6) Remember, you don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself. 7) It's better to cry with someone than to cry alone. It's okay to feel angry with God sometimes. He can handle it.9) Save your money for things that truly matter to you. 10) When it comes to chocolate, resistance is pretty much impossible. 11) Make peace with your past so it doesn't affect your present. 12) It's fine for your kids to see you cry. 13) Don't compare your life to others, everyone has their own journey. 14) If a relationship needs to be kept a secret, it's probably not a healthy one. |
Don’t love someone just for sex. And don’t love someone only for sex. 2. Don’t start a relationship just because someone looks good. Look for good character! 3. Don’t cheat on someone. It will hurt them a lot if they truly care about you. 4. Don’t shout at your parents. 5. Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes! They may seem fun at first, but they can become a hard habit to break. 6. Don’t think about ending your life. It will only make your loved ones sad. 7. Don’t compare your life to others. You are where you are for a reason. |
Stay away from those who stay close to everyone. 2. Being alone is better than being used. 3. Money gives you the ability to walk away from people & situations you don't like. 4. I don't care if it's lonely at the top; It was lonely at the bottom. 5. Loyalty is rare. If you find it, keep it. 6. Rule number 1: Believe in yourself. 7. Jealousy is a lack of confidence. 8. Stop thinking everyone is your friend. 9. Don't forget how badly you wanted what you have now. Blessings are always coming to us. 10. Don't regret having a good heart; All good things come back and multiply. |
Vice President Bawumia has conceded defeat, acknowledging Mahama’s lead in the early results. Official results to follow shortly. As Ghana’s presidential and legislative elections concluded on December 7, 2024, early results indicate a significant lead for former President John Dramani Mahama over Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia. Mahama, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is projected to secure approximately 52.7% of the vote, while Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) trails with 40.1%. This outcome aligns with pre-election polls that favoured Mahama.

John Rahmani Mahama of the NDC should win if conduct fairly . |

reference purpose post 1. Things people MUST use/do/buy everyday, whether they like it or not. 2. Things people MUST use/do/buy every week, whether they like it or not. 3. Things people MUST use/do/buy every month, whether they like it or not. That is where the money is for offline. For online, it's digital products, monetized social media channels/sites/courses/ads, stock, forex and crypto. I'm not saying that's what I do, I'm just giving you food for thought so you can do some research. Hint: for number 1 above: Soap must be used everyday. House/room/mattress must be used everyday (land and real estate). Clothes must be worn everyday (except you hardly go out). Water must be drank or used everyday, etc. 1 Like |
