Romance / There's No Poor Person But We Only Have Poor Mindset by NoLotty7(m): 8:34pm On Apr 09, 2022
In the world we live today nobody is poor but poor mindset keep alot of persons to keep struggling day in , day out.
Raw money can't multiply itself. Money can only be multiply through an item(s).
when the item(s) multiply or increase in sales the investment capital automatically increase in value either by 50%,100% or etc.
Therefore, having raw money in the bank is not advisable unless for emergency purpose (s).
But before you invest your money on any thing, try and know or have 75% knowledge of that particular stuff(s) before you invest your hard money into it
The first capital is always the hardest.
Nobody is poor but poor mindset.
What do you think?

Story!!! Do your calculations the revenue is 302.400 if a farmer spend up to that in feeding then what's the gain huh?? Go give your quotation to the gods. As a igbo girl we do more calculation.. If the feeding is up to that no gain then...bro will you only feed the layers for just one month? Think before u type
very good observation,l will never venture into this type of investment opportunity because:
1. The risk is higher
2. The expense is more than the gain.
Etc
Agriculture / Re: Harvest From My Cassava Farm by NoLotty7(m): 2:55pm On Mar 19, 2022
Great, this is what I called the double-game with money. Don't chase money but look out for Investment opportunity.
Op, you are just a few months from another planting investment to hit close to a million naira if you reinvest all your total income in the next ten months and this is the type of investment opportunity l am looking forward to invest in it.In Nigeria today, the inflation is growing every time ,you have to think different like the rich inorder to beat the economy.
Lately,l did a self taught about beating the inflation in Africa and l came up with the double-game with money, money is just a tool so,look for plants or animals that can multiply with time with less risk and higher survival rates and watch your money multiply because as the plants or animals reproduce and multiply, automatically the money you invest multiply.

Politics / The Escalating Calamity Of Dollar Increases Against The Naira/cedis by NoLotty7(m): 9:45pm On Mar 17, 2022
The future of an Africa's children are in danger as virtually every commodities in the markets continue to increases in prices day by day with salary being constant or little to nothing increments in proportion to the economy.

Today a dollar is N416.20 while the cedis is Ghc7.60 to Ghc8.12 in black market.
The dollar not an Africa currency but due to exchange of commodities, foreigners exchange reserves by using the dollar as a medium of exchange has become a nightmares in determine how our indigenous currency should operate by dictating or determining the market value of our local goods and services render in this various countries in Africa contrary as across the globe.
Unless, the governments of these sovereign countries in Africa wake up from their sluggishness, corruptions, and self center, Africa as a continent will forever remain a menace before the rest of the world.
Hence, the question, what or how can you as an individual beat the economy due to constant inflation in next three (3) to four (4) years to come?

Please, forgive my writing skill and errors.

Teetee777:
I started my journey to Zamfara state on July 4, 2021, I boarded a night bus to Abuja from Ibadan.I entered abuja around pass 5am in the morning, from abuja i boarded a car going to Sokoto and i alighted at gusau, i entered cattle market straight because their market day is every Monday and Friday. i have been to different states with different market in northern state but zamfara was the worst state i have ever been to.

i went to zamfara state for sallah rams, reason i choose zamfara state was that it's very close to south west than taraba and Adamawa state because my journey to Adamawa state in last month, i bought some rams from mubi animal market with cheapest price but those animals suffered due to long distance, that's reason i choose zamfara state.

we were three in number, those two brothers were from osun state while i came from ibadan, we worked together as a team.

we used gusau animal market as our based for our animals for feeding and security, on my first day, i bought 12 rams because i intended to buy almost 100 rams. on the second day which was Tuesday, on getting to the market two of my rams was missing, we searched everywhere, i saw one, i didn't see the other one. we left to another market which was very close to Sokoto state, it was 2 hour journey from gusau to the market.

on getting to the market, we paid for transport and one of us lost almost 100k in the car, we searched everywhere but no where to be found, immediately we entered the market, i was terrified about population of fulanis in the market because in southern state we believed that the fulanis are the bandit.i stayed outside the market to monitored the environment because i feared for my life o, also 200k was stolen from the second brother. I spent 6 days in that state and my findings are as follows:

1. There are a lot of thieves in the state, that's reason when you buy cows in that state, you must collect the receipt and the seller must take a picture with cow and attach to the receipt

2. zamfara, kastina and Sokoto are not secured for business, I prefer going to Maiduguri than going to those states

3. on the day we decided to leave the state, after I loaded my rams into the truck, I discovered that 2 of my rams food has missed, I called one of the market management and I explained everything to him that they have stolen my rams food which per a bag was 7k, the guy reported it to seriki of the market, seriki called the police to arrest those boys in the market, fortunately, one of the boys revealed where the food was, to the guy I reported to.
The guy made one statement that I will never forget that, " did you expect these people to come back to zamfara state to buy market with their bad experience" the fact is that I will think twice before I go to zamfara for another business

When I got to Ibadan, I thanked God for saving my life when I heard that some people also travel from Ibadan to northern state (name withheld) after they bought all their rams, they were killed in the market and all their rams were taking away by bandit.

Kai! These is bad.l have plans of going to north in the near future for buying livestocks.

I suggest you go into sheep farming as the market value for a sheep is more .
With their feed conversation ratio almost the same ..
Anyways ..most species can be gotten at the market or you can check out goat farms .
l think sheep adaptability is difficult to that of goat in my area in Nigeria, l also look into disease contacting ratio between sheep and goat.Anyway,l will research more on the sheep and its market value to goat in Nigeria, thanks.
