If it's showing just "error",try holding the power button for about 15 seconds till it boots up. That's what I did,but if it says "no command",then it's bricked.

Had shockin experience with hot note yesterday..
Last nyt i was watchin a movie till 1pm and my ba3 was at 8%.. So there was light..So i had to off the phone and charge... Na so i off the phone plug am..(u know if u off ur phone and plug it will show ba3 icon indicatin that it is chargin) buh guess what mine didnt show.. I plug am try on..e no gree na so i jejely stand up wipe heat wey dey face... I come unplug am..try on am again, it will just vibrate 2times..with a blank screen..
Plugged the phone back left it there(sayin mayb it needs tym..cos i dont know much about infinix product)..for 8mins..it no gree show ba3 indicator(i used the follow come charger).. I brought a tecno charger..still didnt charge.. i come dey one wonda, i come dey wonder where the prob come from..cos the screen is in condition and my ba3. I just kept aside and went to bed...in the mornin nah so i wan piss..i looked for my phone to on the torch and piss.. Tried to on it.. Still im no gree..na piss comot from my body.. I go grab my lappy on am.. Begin dey browse to know wetin fit be cause.. Den in the process i plugged in my phone through usb.. (guess what) it showed the ba3 indicator.. Noticed it was in 1%..pls dont use ur ba3 below 15%..you wanna so put it in ultra ps

This your review is exclusive to you alone. My battery has been below 15% since yesterday, and as I'm typing this it's on 1%. I've used mine till 0% many times too. So,it's your personal review bro, no similarities.

P.s.
Maybe your battery calibration is not correct,and at the point you were seeing 8%,it was probably on 1. Then android shut it down till you did a serious charge. It happened to me on my p9,but I already understood,so e no dey fear me.

Now that you've charged it well,the calibration should reset itself anyway,so it should be good now.

Guys iono if it's normal but my phones status bar when dragged down is like this... Other hot note phone I've seen have shortcuts for camera, alarm, torch, record and stopwatch at the top.. . Mine doesn't... I hope I'm safe?

Just use king root. It will install King user during rooting,and when you want to unroot, just go to kinguser and remove root permission.

Yea yeah, but it wasn't the rooting that bricked my phone. It was the update I was installing. Stay away from system update whenever they send it,at least for now.

Ehen,I'm back. I unrooted my phone,and downloaded the update. While it was unzipping,my phone bricked. Had to visit Carl care to fix it.

You can change the imei with mobile uncle. when you get to Phone 2, it will show At+. Put a space between AT and the +,then go between the "" and put the imei.

Remember to put the space.

Rooting is just like unlocking special options in the phone. Its not really necessary, but we guys like entering special modes on our phones, hence the rooting.

You mustn't update. Its optional, besides the update isn't bringing anything much.
