There's no where that he mentioned it's a 4G modem and a "universal modem" doesn't equal 4G, before the advent of 4G there has always been universal modems. Most people familiar with phone tech or network terminologies would know "HSDPA" is 3G. Although, he could have also added that it's a 3G modem, but he never said it was 4G.

They basically pick a location they know you can't come to and then use target Lagos as their target audience.

First off, all manufacturers have 'outlets' where they sell off overstock or manufacturer refurb. As a rule I never buy laptops brand new.i just wait on their outlet platforms for a deal and then buy. You can buy a high end system at half the price. It will come with a sticker saying refurb. Of course our fellow Nigerians can now buy this and sell at full price

Secondly, there is the fell off a truck discount. There was a pc - I had wanted to buy but the price just would not go down. 600k at 2019 dollar rates. Then one day I found it on Facebook for 300k. I thought it was a scam. Called the guy, confirmed and paid. It was the real deal. Only problem it's led is not working. Anyways it is supposed to be bundled with some free software so I contacted the manufacturer, only to be told the pc was stolen

Thirdly, it is money laundering. Yahoo boys buy fast moving items and sell off at discount to clean their money

You have to be computer literate though, because it is also possible that you are being sold a lemon pc that will work in the shop and then fall apart at home.

All these are irrelevant. That's a scam advert. Simple.
