Some coins won't be on CMC and CG till they are allowed or approved there.

Some projects can be running for weeks without CMC recognition...

A newbie should then wait or learn the hard way. If there's no solid way of confirmation, then it's risky.

Boss can you please explain this to me I don't know the use or how helpful contract address is

Visit coinmarketcap or coingecko dot com.
In the search bar, type the name of the coin.
When it shows, click on it and it'll show you everything about the coin - where you can buy, market cap, total quantity, current price, contract address etc.
That's exactly where you get a better info about the coin.

You're staring at the resources...this thread.
Just read the first 50 pages of this thread, watch YouTube videos at night(free data) on topics like how to use trustwallet, pancakeswap, cryptocurrency for beginners etc. You can practice while watching. It's easier that way.
Google questions online and if you're still in doubt, ask them here.
If someone makes a call about a new coin here, go to coinmarketcap or coingecko to get the correct contract address. Do not buy without getting the correct contract address from the two sites I mentioned or you lose money.
Try buying in bits and don't be greedy. Money no dey finish. Subscribe to the social media pages of the tokens you have. It helps you to get first hand info on what's going on.
Twitter and telegram is a good start. Confirm info you get from there in this thread cos lots of trolls/crooks are there.
If you're registered in Binance, they have lots of tutorials to learn from, on how to use the site. Do not neglect them or you lose money unnecessarily.
Last but not the least... Be patient.

It's just not responding, I tried the pancake app and my recovery phrase is invalid. Cleaned out the trust wallet , used the same recovery phrase and it opened the wallet again. .. meanwhile I'm looking at the shak and the price is changing drastically.

It's another project launched by seedify fund.
Their launched projects are always on point especially if you get in early.
They launched BLOK and it seems to be doing well.
They're having their IGO on another gaming token (Gaia everworld) in five days.
Problem is, for you to participate, you'll need their token staked days or weeks before you can participate.
And you can only buy per the number of tokens staked.
You can buy after the IGO, but Uniswap is likely to butcher you with gas fees.
