Because u can only fight physical battles with physical weapons. That you're a pastor doesn't mean u won't feel what others are feeling. I absolutely disagree with you. This is semantics bros.

The judiciary is an arm of the government. By seeking redress from human government, it means that this very same pastor is subject to the laws of that government.

Now that this is established, would this very same pastor agrees if the government decides to tax his church or regulate their activities?

Will they not scream that the government is interfering with the "work of god".

Some times it's better to use your common sense than following what's in the bible, the court has told to do the needful, allow the law to take it course.
