12ft is small for your width. 13.4m is a lot of breadth.

Go with the 15ft or 16ft.

You should check your architectural drawing and follow the recommended height by the architect cos he must have calculated slope angles etc..

150 bags of cement was used for the foundation stage,
121 bags of cement was used for the german floor casting

Hmm, i thought 20M to finish. 15M for all structure and fittings and 5M to decorate.
Most semi-detached are sold for average 35M. Just want to calculate properly.
May be selling the land and buying a semi will be the best move.
