Trying to prepare BoQ for a project, can you help me with the format yu use for ur foundation to dpc

I don't have any Bill of Quantity for this project, I just purchase whatever quantity of materials my workers request.
Once it finishes, then we buy more.
I hope this explanation is adequate

@Nora93 are you an Architect?...You seem to understand the processes in building and the reason why some tools are used.

Am not an Architect, I just learnt on Nairaland property section and I equally engage my workers at site to enlighten me on certain steps taken in building. Its just showing of interest.

8 tons of 12mm seems quite a lot for the deck area. i.e. 744 lengths for less than 300sqm

that quote was for all the rods used from foundation till now

2200blocks was used for foundation-9" 4300 blocks for ground floor-9" 4500blocks for first floor

nice job keep it up but what is the inches of the dpc and decking

we used the DPC in also leveling the foundation. one side is 4 inches, while other side is 7inches.
decking was 6inches all round which is standard

Madam, please can you give me an estimate of the number of iron rods you have used so far? How many 16mm? 12mm? 10mm? (i don't understand tons)

Great work you have there

note: a ton of 12mm consist of 93 length of rod
a tone of 16mm consist of 52 lengths
in all we have used about 8 ton of 12mm, and 5 ton of 16mm.
40 length of 10mm rod was used to the ring beam for the decking and 90 dozen of rings .

Is it proper to share the actual structural drawing and location on a public forum? I think that's grossly insensitive and a serious abuse of trust. Exception is unless you actually own the building and don't plan to sell it.

& what is the role of hardcore in foundations? u think hardcore determines strutural stability in foundation?

this structural drawing for the building recommended 45pillars well distributed to carry the load of the building.
as per the filling used.- red laterite sand was used and well compacted.
so wahala no dey
