Iran will not be interested in precision and their ballistic missiles will carry warheads that can obliterate areas of 300ft radius.

Tweaking GPS signals from a few inches to 100feet does not jam the system rather makes precision strikes impossible. But as I said , Iran does not care about precision strikes or collateral damage . They will put thermobaric munitions that can take out any thing within a 300ft radius .
