This is indeed a bad news, Chrisvicmall has been my reliable shipping agent for over 10yrs, sad that they are ending shipping services. They had issue with Chinese custom recently, hope it is not the reason.

Now that chrisvicmall shipping services are down do you know any other trustworthy forwarding agent?

Exactly! They're looking for goods weighting 500kg and above so that they can make more money for themselves. It's obvious from the way the guy is talking saying nonsense about goods less than 1kg. Rubbish! Customer service is zero!. I'll just advise anybody that wants to ship or make order in little quantity from china to just avoid funkam as they don't care about about their customer but only how to make more money for themselves.

I have seen several places where people accuse you of pilfering their goods and stealing some. You think you are smart? You think you will succeed this way? Your waterloo is more closer than you think. No matter your strongness, you will meet you match one day.

First and foremost, your actual shipping charges are 11 dollars per kg and not 5 dollars you post here or tactically post on whatsapp. Because you are smart enough to shift down the message of real price for shipping which is actually 11 dollars per kg. Your exchange rate too is at almost 600 naira to 1 dollar.

Immediately I started noticing stories and so many lies in your chats, I decided to back out immediately. Heck, you may not even be anywhere near china. You may even be an ordinary agent working for a real shipping company.

What is mind boggling is how you lie so much thinking you are smart whereas your whole intention is to get the person's money first then your wickedness comes out. I know the end game is to make more money or even steal people's stuff and eventually claim it is lost or seized.

When I contacted you if you can ship, you never said anything about going through Hong Kong. From your chats, its obvious goods may take more than enough time to arrive. And I can't wait that long to plant.

I asked you if you ship goods from China to Nigeria and you said yes. I told you what am shipping and you said its acceptable. Now after I payed supplier, stories changed. I dont know why Nigerians are like this. WE are never honest in business.

I just read your message where you pointed out that our customer service is poor. you sent us goods that the airline rejected and I was always updating you via whatsapp.. we don't own an airline and we can only but abide by rules.... most agents won't even receive goods of 1kg let alone item of less than 1kg . . if the airline says pure battery goods is not acceptable. then we can't go any further.. Of all the conversations we chatted who always started it? If you know that you wouldn't accept 1kg why didn't you state it or why won't you state that out. That aside the fact i specifically asked if you accepted "plain" battery and you agreed(i told you everything about it sent even sent you photo which you requested. Told you *18650* batteries) then you now later changed and said airline won't accept it this all your fault. You could have said no or you we're not sure if it would be accepted by airline then i would not have wasted my money. The one that you're saying there are different types of battery i disagree with that battery is battery it's either made of lithium or nickel nothing else excpet of different capacities. Your customer service is bad to me in the fact that i remebered the first time i ask for your warehouse address in china then you gave it to me i then later ask for the province in china it's located you said you didn't know and that was an important criteria in one of the fields for the address on the platform i was to use. I then someone manage to a workaround it and the website system was able to detect and fill it up for me. Also when i was to place my order you didn't tell me to tell the seller to include my name and details in the package. When the goods then got to you you we're now telling me why my name when not including in the package this and that... Well you then said you'll let it slide as it was my first time that i didn't know. Something that you ought to inform your first timers about!.
You are now here lieing that you were always updating me lol. When it was me who was always making enquiry from you all the fcking time!

Goods can be returned to your supplier.if the store is ready and willing to refund you .But you will have to pay the fee to send it back

I remembered asking you before i ordered this items if you accepted battery goods you said yes as far as it's not powerbank. I even sent you the item store(purchase) link and some photo's of it you said it's fine that no problem. Now when the item got to your warehouse you changed your stance all of a sudden then said you can't ship it cause it *plain* battery than Airlines won't accept it after i showed you all these things before i placed the order to your warehouse. You then concluded that nothing could be done at that time so i then had to wait hoping there would be a chance for it to be shipped out till now nothing has been done. Now you're suggesting the goods can be returned if the seller would be willing to accept it when you already know it will be already too late for those goods to be returned with respect to the date it was purchased which dates far back months! If things like this was been said a long time ago i would have known what to do. Now you let me waste my money ordering stuffs i wouldn't be able to receive. As my first time of using your services this leaves a bad remark/feedback about it.

Few months ago you sent power banks to the warehouse address .you also paid for procurement of goods,mainly battery goods (lots of powerbanks and bluetooth items )
Video of your goods was sent to you which you confirmed that all items were same with the quantities paid for.
We made several attempts to ship your goods but no airline currently ship powerbanks
We had to send your goods via sea.most company would had kept your goods in China or even ask your supplier to com pick up the goods you sent to us.
Your goods arrived lagos and a bike man was booked .who took your goods to yenagoa park.The bus courier demanded that the bike. Man must open the carton to verify the content.
After you received your goods .i got a message from you that 3pcs of power banks were missing .next thing you did was to lay curses.
Funkam is now 3years in Operation and nobody on this platform ever call us out for missing goods.

You also said our customer service is poor.i am certain you still have chat history .paste it here to justify your claim.

The most people who will call us out about poor customer service are those who are not willing and ready to read our brief.
