From my own experience with using non-USD PayPal, i can relate. I think you should just appeal to the seller to share the loss equally, that's my own 2 cents

The seller didn't tell your client to convert to PHP. He knows nothing about that, so it's by no means fair for him to bear the cost of what your client did with the money. You/your client should balance him

I don even send the sender 5k at least to cover up some of the losses incurred, watin dey pain me be say those charges I no plan for them, when them at least be human too na.

What he's trying to tell you is that he refunded in full but because of conversion fees, you got less than what you sent

Boss abeg help me explain to them, this are all the screenshot I sent. PayPal wasn't allowing me to refund full amount because my processor initially converted the usd to php that was why I refunded in bit up to the very last amount I was able to refund that is my balance on that account for all to see. This are last five transaction I did on that account where is it that I sent the money to another account or used it. That is also the balance right now, I have sent Ra007 all this thing, yet he chose to portray me as a bad person. God dey sha.

I've sold funds to Tom208, Maxwell and Papaking1 from both accounts... none of them had their accounts limited due to funds from "AlpaTech and Recofic" paypal accounts,even Raizo007 don collect funds from me give other vendors, nobody don complain.

Please I didn't say your funds limited my account what I said was as soon as the funds came in the account was limited, na PayPal know the sole reason why they limited the account, what I am trying to point out is I didn't take your money... Everything I have explained and said is the truth, as soon as the account was limited that was when I refunded, and this other one we are arguing about refund wasnt going through because of what I have explained on the best, but this guy keep insisting I used up the balance or sent it elsewhere, I have sent all the prove to him what else will I do like this I am just tired. I didn't choose what to refund, I outlined everything on this writeup why full refund was that way , and politely pleaded and showed you what happened. But you chose not to understand and be adamant. Asking me to pay for a fund I didn't use or take at my own will.

I sent Raizo007 the screenshot of both, in an effort to be sure payment was clean and making him assure me the funds will not be charged back, while we were talking of this my processor had fallen asleep already and was offline because it was already midnight over there, so I promised him he was going to be paid by 8am the next day even before he wakes up, that I needed to be sure both funds are available and account in good condition so I pay him, at exactly 2am in the morning my processor came online called me and noticed the PayPal account was limited because of these said received funds, without hesitation I told the processor to return both of the payment, he did the larger amount that was returned immediately and try refunding the 397 but was not going through so told her to try refunding in bit so we see, which she did first 368usd and then 20usd which all went successfully,noticed PayPal didn't allow full refund because the processor converted the 397usd to php(phillipines pesos) which I think incurred conversion charges. immediately I told Raizo007 and explained everything to him even sent him the screenshot of the balance on the account and the first five transaction on that particular account to be transparent as possible to him, that this was what happened, whether he thought I was lying or not saying the truth I don't know for him. Been on nairaland since 2019, and many here have traded with me with no issues. If I was fraudulent he won't even get any of those funds, but yet he came out here to say all this ill stuff about me. The only thing I go tell am be say make he write today's date down sha that's all.

Also because he was still insisting I have used up and money and probably sent it elsewhere and I must pay for the money I didn't eat or used, I had to send 5k just to compensate the sender at least show that it wasn't my fault if that account was limited we would not be talking about this in the first place

Even if PayPal won't let you refund all the funds because of charges like Engrksa noted, please be duly informed that the amount you confirmed to have received excluding PayPal fees is $397.. ( please find attached). But then you returned only $388, which I don't understand why.
